Air Jordan VI + VII ‘Olympic Pack’ Potential 2012 Release

Just like that extra day at the end of February, we’ve come to expect extra activity out of Nike and Jordan Brand each four years when the Olympic Games roll around. London 2012 marks the 20th anniversary of Michael and his Dream Teammates taking over Barcelona and setting the stage for an unprecedented stretch of USAB dominance, and now that Nike has started to show off some of its USAB wares, rumors have started flying about what we can expect from the Jumpman.
The ‘Olympic’ Air Jordan VII MJ actually wore in Spain back in ’92 is pretty much out of the question considering last year’s ‘FTLOTG’ release, but another model from the first three-peat is also known for its ‘Olympic’ colorway. It looks like the Air Jordan VI made famous by Ray Allen at the 2000 Games in Sydney, Australia will hit retailers around the same time as a new black and gold AJVII. Further speculations abound with regard to the possible double packaging and even a new AJVI to be bundled with the Sevens, with the Sydney Olympic Sixes releasing separately. So I don't get the reasoning with saying the VII's definitely won't be the olympic versions since the for the love of the game editions came out last year considering the olympic Nike Air More Uptempo came out two months after that and are coming out in the Olympic 4 pack with the BB4s, 180s and 2k4s.

Can't do it. for some reason the recent 7's run 1/2 size bigger and 6's are good so i would end up having one good fit and on bigger fit lol

The gold medal pack could be nice and getting this and the concords might finally make me feel a little better about passing on the 6/11 DMP
sounds similar to the rumored grape/laney pack and the columbia/obsidian pack that was to be i will believe when i see but i am happy that since the raptors that drop in 12' are close to the 02' version and the olympic 6 drop in late summer that leaves new colorways for this pack im curious about the blk/gold 7s tho
columbia will drop end of next yr and obsidian next spring/summer
There's no point in having so much hype when it's only a rumour. We've been waiting for that Grape/Laney pack for more than a year and there's still no answer. I'll continue on with my daily life and when I do get proof, I'll get excited

They really screwed the pooch there for the 20th anniversary, It should have been the VIIs releasing in 2012 to celebrate that. Not that I don't like the Oly VIs, I just think the timing sucks.

untill i see pictrue then i going to belive it but they say the same thing about the grape/ laney pack and they never release and if it cost more then 200 for one pair then forget about it but the quality must be three times better and about the pic we already see a pic about the AJ 12s in the summer of next year but i havent see a pic about these so untill i see something we can buy something

First of all,sneakernews is late.Modern Noteriety benn posted this and those 6s arent the one from the pack like scott said and the 7s are a new cw which is black and gold kinda looks like the dmp 6s so if u are trying to guess what 6s will be on the pack maybe the dmp 6s will be in the pack also or the other olympic 6s.
