Matching New Balance’s knack for superb yet unassuming classic runners with J.Crew’s ever popular brand of mainstream luxury seems like such an obvious fit, it’s almost hard to believe they haven’t been at it for years. NB is known for their long-enduring collabo collections created in conjunction with some of Japan’s best sneaker retailers and streetwear labels, so hopefully this round of J.Crew x New Balance 1400s turns out to be the second of many. Rich mocha and wine suede pairs join the six-pack that dropped earlier in the fall season, which means this capsule has now spanned a range of autumnal colors so complete, a second such set for spring/summer could make for a complete sneaker rotation all by itself. Click through to see more angles and grab these straight from J.Crew.
