It was just about seven years ago that the release of The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou had hipsters from all around trying to get their hands on the classic Rom lowtop depicted as part of the seafaring crew’s uniform. Just goes to show how far adidas Originals has come recently when it comes to the breadth of their classic lineup, and though the Rom remains in the Three Stripes vaults for now, they’re bringing back some even more obscure models to compliment a crisp white and green perforated Rod Laver. Models like the adidas Originals Malmo, Orion and Kopenhagen are central to continuing the Size?-exclusive ‘Adi’s Archive’ collection into 2012, and you can see a sampling of what’s in store for next year after the jump below. These are expected online staring in January, so let us know which one(s) you like best and stick with Sneaker News for the release date.
