If there would be just one other colorway for Air Jordans next to the Black/Red, it would be tough not to choose the trademark colors of the North Carolina Tar Heels. We recently showed you the purported UNC-specific ‘University Blue’ Air Jordan 2012, but here we have a first detailed look at what the Tar Heels could be sporting on court real soon; it features a suede portions that form a unique visual and textural contrast with the glossy Flywire shell, with a solid grey outsole and tongue accents providing the updated Tar Heel colorway insignia. Ironically, it’s the Black/Red trademark colorway mentioned earlier that we’ve yet to see – so far it’s been just the White/Black, Year Of The Dragon, and these eye-catching babies. Are these the best of the AJ 2012s we’ve seen so far? Check out the detailed shots below and don’t hesitate to let your thoughts be known in the comments area below. via sole-awesome.
