It’s been quite some time since we last a Knicks-inspired colorway of an Air Jordan (by our count, it was the Air Jordan VIII ‘Quentin Richardson’ PE, and we’re not counting the Air Jordan 1!). Ton of comments poured in when we first showed you the shoe early yesterday, and here was have another look at this upcoming release that’ll surely have the NYC area ablaze with excitement. Finally – an Air Jordan that a Knick fan can rock without feeling that guilty! This particular Air Jordan 4 Retro features a black nubuck upper with a mix of Orange and Blue – Orange on the outsole and lace-wings and blue on the midsole, inner lining, under-layer below the netting, and the plastic wing that locks in the uppermost laces. Im sick of them showing these knicks colorway. The knicks SUCK!!! why dont they make jordan's in the Chicago Bulls Color, a team which Michael Jordan PLAYED FOR?!?!

I usually love the Knicks colorway on anything but theres something about these that throws me off..maybe too much blue??…not sure, still coppin tho

These are nice but not for me. Kind of childish looking like the DBIV's. I know people liked them but they were not for me. I wish they were white then they would be a summertime killer.

Kinda feel em, but they need some white on them. Maybe on the midsole. All that blue makes em look foo! Too much blue

Way too much blue is present on the sneaker. it just doesn't flow right. hopefully they do some tweaking and add some white or a little less blue. the nubuck upper is definately where it should be. makes the shoe look really tacky. a softer buttery suede would work much better, maybe the same suede present on the infrared 6, or black metallic 5.

what knicks AJ1 is he refering to the metallic orange/white cw? and pe's dont count so to my knowledge i dont think there has been an original or retro air jordan model with a knicks inspired colorway that has ever dropped besides the metallics which are questionable
