It’s going to be sizzling hot summer with Air Jordan Retros. Just yesterday, Sneaker News gave you first look at the upcoming Air Jordan VI/VII ‘Gold Medal Pack’, featuring a Gold-based duet of the two Air Jordans that originally dated from 1991-1992. Originally rumored to be part of the ‘Gold Medal’ or ‘Olympic’ Pack was this Air Jordan VI Retro; a nearly identical version dropped back in 2000 when Ray Allen, Jordan Brand’s marquee brand representative, won Gold with the 2000 Olympic Team. Twelve years later, Air Jordan-ites are treated with a Retro of that famed release, but with one minor alteration – the color-blocking at the forefoot of the midsole has been flipped. Regardless of that switch, these are likely to be one of the hottest releases of the year when these hit Jordan Brand retailers this July.
