Sneaker Con hit the Windy City this past weekend, but if you missed out, we hit you with a great recap of the day’s events just yesterday (flip through the gallery if you’re having thoughts about joining the next Sneaker Con, slated for June 30th at a larger venue in NYC). As we’ve done before, the popular ‘Feet’ recap now follows the Event Recap, and with the event being in the Windy City, you might expect all-things Air Jordan. That isn’t the entire case here, because we’ve got…well, you’re better off looking for yourself. When sick shoe is laced all the way up to the top hole or just tied tight, it makes a good shoe look turrible!! Unless youre about to run,jump, or moonwalk.
That sounds like a comment a child would make. Wearing your joints all unlaced and open is sloppy.
this con sucked the tables were over priced no one had anything rare or hard to find. All the shoes were too small also.

Good to see a 'little' variety, NY will prolly be all Jordans(i.e Hypebeast Central). And good to see some WOMENS! Really dug the TY IV's, an BIN XIII's.... but then i saw the Packer French Open 'clay court' Pumps, really pops... refreshing to see. Also, is wearing really high socks cool over there? The Steve Erkel look is coming back? p.s I felt sorry for all the Lebron "South Beach" Elite wearers, thinking they're cool or something... only decent Lebron i've seen is the China 9. Best by far. B

the amount of heat in these pics is like nothing ive seen for a single event. BOTH pit crew 3's, lucky's, mags, invisible womans, and encores? DAMN. and my sb grail stussy's are looking dope as always (i need a pair)
how the hell does someone get their hands on a pair of those encore IVs!? prob dropped a lot of paper, either that or he's got connects. but yea, those salmon toes are fresh

In my opinion top 7 (in order greatest to least) eminem 4, lv don, pit crew 3, air yeezy, bin 13, air mag and bin 9.
Respect them old heads, they the pioneers, had all the OG's with no hype, straight love for the kick game. Us young niggas could learn more than a thing or two from them.
i would just consider the older heads lucky to grow up in an era that didnt have to camp in front of stores for a release because of the hype and resellers
