Nike Wardour Max 1

Considering Nike has been so open in re-using midsole molds for a number of its newer models, it’s rather refreshing to see the original vis-Air unit be used rather selectively. So it seems that Nike has some expectations set for the Nike Wardour Max 1, as it’s been giving that prime distinction of the ’87 midsole, but even the toe-box stitch design is very AM1-like in itself. Three colorways – Grey/Volt, Brown/Black, Black/White – are currently slated for a release very soon as UK’s hanon has ‘em up for pre-order, so it’s time to take a detailed look at this new NSW model and give it the proper judgement it deserves. Click through for a detailed look and let us know if this AM1-based Chukka is due for success!

you're right on all of what you're sayin, still there's something to this shoe.
Although I do like the silhouette of the chukka upper, let's be honest, the AM1 midsole isn't exactly the most comfortable wearing platform out there and imo, does not integrate well into the overall design of this shoe.
