Air Jordan III “Mr. Softee” Customs By Revive
August 8th, 2012 by John K. | 21 comments

If Summertime had them music, it would be the xylophone stylings of Mr. Softee – the traveling ice cream vendor that has served up some of the best soft-serve treats for over half a century. Revive Customs brings this childhood favorite to the Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’, adding on a waffle-cone graphic on the mudguard, the icicles on the midsole, and the famous Mr. Softee mascot on the upper for a ‘Mr. Softee’ pair of Customs. More of this touching concept below, so take a look and let us know what your favorite Mr. Softee order is (vanilla double-cone with chocolate sprinkles FTW).

I would LOVE some of those and I aint from America!!!Where can I get some from please???
GREAT design! I like the creativity
and the green "slime" is on the Mister Softee cart. Google it.
@sneakerchick
You're right. I'm from LA. So no I don't get it. I don't need to google it. I don't like the customization. No disrespect to you or the designer. You can see too much of the original design. It looks more like vandalization if you leave that much of the original design showing like that. To me, I wouldn't want those shoes unless I was the ice cream man, but even then someone would have to give them to me. To the majority of people, thats gonna look like green slime. Obviously b/c of the theme its not, so thanx for pointing out the obvious. That concept might be cool for a t-shirt, not a dope ass pair of Js that was made right the first time around. To me Mache is the only customizer coming up with elite designs.
@CROWNHOLDER to much time on their hands? People get paid/commissioned to do this. He is obviously an artist. I think it is great. Seeing all these comments I guess none of you are New Yorkers because if you were you would understand the concept.
i mean the custom details are great and all the lines look clean but the shoe doesnt really look all that good now.
not to be rude i respect your entusiam but people just seem to have mad time on their hands.
And I don't get the green slimy drip either. He must get some crazy ass ice cream. If I was gonna ruin my shoes with this theme I would have at least made that ice cream look like a vanilla flavor melting.
Man somebody should've talked this guy off the ledge. You make one quick decision and BOOM. You've ruined a pair of perfectly good true blues. Now he'll have to live with that mistake for the rest of his life . Friends don't let friends customize drunk.
he was bored with a sharpie?????????
Weak! Not feeling these...sorry
why would you do that to a pair of true blue threes? this isn't even creative!
@DFACEDXA THATS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKIN. EFFIN UP A PAIR OF TRUE BLUES LIKE THAT?! I GUESS TO EACH THEIR OWN...
looks like a joke but why not its a joke all of this crap is getting released its getting stupid jordans are going to be wack soon if all this keeps going like this
Must be nice to have the kind of money where you can take a perfectly good looking pair of true blue's, turn them into garbage, and then brag about it...
NO!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY DO PEOPLE KEEP F-ING UP SHOES LIKE THIS!!!!! JUST DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE.
Shouldve done it with the mocha's
Dope
@Miggy V I agree. These are very nice and I respect them as an artist. Pop art at it's finest.
