The London Underground x Nike Air Max “Roundel” collection is one whose reference is no doubt lost on a good number of American readers. The sneakers pay tribute to the seats that so many Londoners plop themselves down on on a daily basis during their commute. Check out the first set of on-feet images with us after the click and remember that they’re set to release on December 14th, 2013 at select NSW accounts. Whether it will be a regional exclusive release remains to be seen but hopefully those of us outside the UK will have a crack at these Jacquard versions of the Air Max 1 and the Air Max 90.

i love these- they work well with a subdued outfit

A little gaudy, but tasteful. If that makes sense. If I get a chance to scoop, it will be in my collection.

Love how the Swoosh is stitched in on the 1's.
