We thought we already had an idea of what a hightop Qasa might look like when Yohji Yamamoto’s adidas Y-3 label debuted the Smooth last holiday season. It turns out that was more of a transition (a hybrid with the Pro Model if anything), and the true Qasa hi has arrived with the debut of the adidas Y-3 Qasa B-Ball. This shoe that some have compared to an upscale Roshe Run beat Nike Sportswear’s ever popular lifestyle shoe to the hightop silo, and they establish a sporty round of upcoming releases with the Qasa Runner lowtop soon to follow. Check these out from more angles after the jump, then find yours at the very best adidas accounts like Kith.

Maybe I'm just hating but I've never been a fan of anything Y-3. They don't look that great to me and in my opinion are overpriced. Not saying that nike doesn't come out with crazy prices every once in a while but at least it's more merited.
The WMNS Roshe Run Highs came out like two or three weeks ago tho didn't they? With herringbone traction on the bottom? Adidas didn't beat Nike to the hightop..
IMO I think that their design are mostly garbage but i like these the lows and the runner that came out haven't pulled the trigger on any of them because of their price but i would assume that it would be nice to have a unique pair of shoes that you like that most people aren't going to have a nice in between of a classic retro B-Ball shoe and designer
