Sneaker Con San Francisco Spring 2014 Event Recap
Another Sneaker Con is in the books, with San Francisco proving just how much of a sneaker city they are with their impressive turnout. The show was particularly dense with sneaker families who showed up with heat of all sizes. Other sites on the floor for this latest West Coast edition of Sneaker Con included the industry standard cleaning products from Jason Markk, some awesome sneaker rugs, a gang of vintage Air Jordan heat, some impressive sockwear from the folks at Rock Em, and more. if you have never said to yourself (or sum1 else) "dog, i can literally talk about kicks all day" then maybe shit like this isnt 4 u. but ME?! i could c myself fuckin w sneaker conventions if they had em n VA that didnt require ninjas 2 go thru hell 2 get inside
Funny how clowns post shit like they wouldn't go to a sneaker convention, then call themselves sneakerheads. That's pathetic. You know if it was in your own backyard you'd be the first clown in line. Funny ass fucks. I went. It was dope. Lots of shoes, gear, connects.
And FYI, I brought a lot of GR's AND SOLD EVERY ONE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!!
Powder blue 3's $200
Black Grape 5's $260
Fire red 3's $220
Thunder 4's $240
Bred 1's $320
Ferris Bueller SB (worn) $160
........so new retro shit gets sold at these ALLL THE TIME!
.......it just takes HUSTLE!! Some got it, Most don't!
Do these people who walk around trying to flip sneakers that came out less than 6 months ago actually sell anything?
I don't care much for the people who attend these events or the 14 year olds who rock J's and never saw him play.
page 5 ..pic 2 ....ol' girl in the Tiffany dunk lows....lil baddie with a nice set of kicks....perfect!
In the "real" good ol' days of buying sneakers before sneaker head was even a term us OG's didn't have to worry about lines or raffles or none of this bullshit join on today. All we had to do was go to the store and buy what we wanted on delivery day, and once the store manager knew who you were they would let you know what was dropping and when it was coming in and all you had to do was show up. Now fast forward to today and you have to go to a giant babysitting convention to buy shoes is a no go plus the fact that the majority of the kicks are new retros with 3-6 times the retail price that some brat stood in line for a week to buy with their mother's credit card who will certainly have no intentions of paying her back after making 3-6 times what they paid. Don't forget young man this didn't just start yesterday. And for you to call yourself Cop em Rock em, you want to change that to Cop em and Resell em...
That's the thing bro....I'm not a sneakerhead...I just buy kicks that I like....sneakerhead live for sneakers and weird socks..lol....but seriously I don't take kicks that serious to the point of hanging around a bunch folk who just talk shoes.....but that's me...do ya thang
Sold all those above bro. Really good option to sell kicks. Most that brought, sold. Lined my pockets with Greenbacks!
@curtdiggler1 Ya it seems like a lot of BS to have to go through just to maybe find a pair of kicks you might be able to trade for. 99% of the stuff there can be had just as easy on ebay.
