While the adidas AE1 continues surfacing in new mid and low-top colorways, Edwards’ influence now extends beyond the basketball realm and into the adidas Originals lineup.
Atop an all-black suede upper, slightly different shades of pink appear on the stripes, forefoot, heel, lining, and midsole. Thick multi-colored rope laces serves as the shoe’s most distinctive element, and script “AE” branding appears in brown-on-pink detailing at the heel to complete the look.
