Nike Basketball’s annual Christmas collection is beginning to take shape, and this year’s assortment appears to share a rather unusual design theme. Following early looks at the Nike Sabrina 4 and Book 2, we’re now getting our first detailed look at the Nike LeBron 24 “Christmas,” which continues the holiday lineup’s apparent fascination with transparent, zippered uppers.
Like its fellow signature models, the LeBron 24 features a translucent synthetic shroud that covers nearly the entire upper, secured by a zipper running down the center of the tongue. Beneath that outer layer sits the standard construction of LeBron James’ 24th signature shoe, including its proprietary KingKnit exterior.
The added covering creates a dramatically different appearance that is presumed to have some sort of connection to the Christmas holiday. Immediately, it’s hard to tell what concept the team at Nike Basketball intended.
And while the Sabrina 4 and Book 2 have surfaced in predominantly red colorways, LeBron’s entry takes the opposite approach with a vibrant green exterior.
The Nike LeBron 24 “Christmas” is currently expected to release on December 4th, 2026, with a retail price of $200.
