Nike LeBron 24
The Nike LeBron 24 is the latest step in The King’s signature line with Nike, releasing first on November 17th in the “Stars” colorway. Both adult and grade school sizing will be available.
By inking a lifetime deal with the Swoosh, LeBron James essentially confirmed that every season would come with a new signature shoe to match. The Nike LeBron 23 felt like a monumental occasion in that way, aligning with his long-time jersey number and carrying a range of 23 colorways that told the story of his illustrious career.
By contrast, the Nike LeBron 24 shifts to an innovation-first strategy, highlighted by KingKnit uppers, a lightweight upper construction that consists of three layers of Flyknit, making this “the lightest LeBron yet.” Underfoot, a drop-in React midsole and Air Zoom in the heel make for the usual propulsive platform that longtime fans of the line now expect.
Interestingly, Nike has promised that all of the colorway options for the LeBron 24 will live under five categories: Wonder, Family, Fear, Luck, and Discovery. The debut “Stars,” a light blue and black arrangement, falls under the “Wonder” category, inspired by a formative AAU outfit from his adolescence.
