How much would you be willing to pay for every single pair of Air Yeezys that’s seen a retail release? The current buy it now price on this auction, which captures all six from the first “Zen Grey” Yeezy 1 all the way to the surprise “Red October” Yeezy 2s, has an astronomical buy it now price of $99,999. We’re not expecting them to sell that much, but it certainly poses an interesting question regarding the eventual price ceiling on these Kanye West sneakers. If you think about it, the phenomena of Kanye sneakers has sort of just started given his bubbling adidas deal, so it’s possible that the Air Yeezy will in the future be even furthered revered as just the first chapter to this long lineage. Even bringing the bar much lower to say, $30,000 for the set would even out to 5k per pair – which is below the going rate at Flight Club for each, but you’ve got to factor in a massive finder’s fee here. Take a look at the full set below and then check out the auction for yourself from jonallon80 on eBay.
