This New Balance 996 does indeed come as part of the brand’s “Authors Collection”, but it also comes as a part of the more specific “Distinct Collection” within that group. That three-sneaker set is meant to represent different characters from classic Wild West models, with this one wearing a train conductor look (There are also prospector and outlaw style pairs). Browse additional images on the pair in all its bison leather and pig suede glory and watch for them on August 1st at spots like Sneaker Politics.

@FutureTomorrow_ @skyflyerbrand My question was: "Where will these be releasing?" Your comment was: "Reading is fundamental." You do not have to be very intelligent to understand that you did not answer my question, but rather gave what you believed to be a snide comment. For your sake I hope you understand what I just explained to you. BTW you'd be much more useful if you stop trying to be a smartass.
