What If The Air Jordan 11 Looked Like This?
Have you ever seen this version of the Air Jordan 11? Owned by collector Randy Fernandez, the shoe features a totally reworked kit as far as the sole is concerned and also strips out the standard ballistic mesh up top in favor of an all leather build. According to the owner they are a prototype version of the Air Jordan XI, although the aforementioned sole sort of has them looking like a turf takedown. Continue reading to see more images on this incredibly rare alternate version of the Air Jordan 11 and tell us in the comments how you think the sneaker would have been received were this the final design.
Did none of you read the fucking line where it says: prototype version? Meaning before the version that released, meaning not ever coming out, meaning theyt knew it was ugly and reworked it before it released?
Doesn't matter ppl wpuld still be breaking their backs to get em if theu dropped tmr.....I personally dont like em.
If the 11's ended up looking like this they would not have been as popular as they are. These look just like what they are, a test that determined they needed more tweaking to make a better shoe.
If these were the final design and MJ wore them everyone on here would've wore them too.. be real with yourself
You guys r saying it's ugly but people would still be buying everywhere and it would still have the same hype to it if we would have never saw the Jordan 11 that we have today
The leather is sexy the midsole is too much some times simple is better and the icy bottom is awesome dont take it away
The tread is a hybrid of Zoom flight and Ndestrukt outsoles. The midsole is the tooling from the Air Pummel Force, also released in '96.
@Shoelab at least somebody knows SOMETHING, damn this page is depressing...
