The NFL season is back in full force, and that only means top-level entertainment every Monday Night and the string of conversations that follow in the days after. We’re aiming to bring you that same excitement here at Sneaker News, so launching today and throughout the 2014 NFL Season is Monday Night Preview – an exclusive, high-res gallery of upcoming sneaker releases that you’ll certainly be keeping an eye out on as release dates approach. To kick things off, we’re presenting to you the Air Jordan 6 “Infrared” Retro, which is currently scheduled for an on official release on Black Friday.

The Air Jordan 6 has been a dominant silhouette from Jordan Brand in 2014, arriving with everything from original colorways to brand new versions in this 23rd anniversary year for the sneaker. The tradition of Black Friday Jordan releases has been an important one in recent years, and the Air Jordan 6 “Black/Infrared’ is a fitting successor to those. This year’s release will pack a reflective treatment into the upper’s perforations – a detail that was introduced in the original only to go missing on retro editions. Find the rest of the photos below, and stay tuned for next week’s Monday Night Preview.

The Air Jordan VI “Black/Infrared” will release at select Jordan Brand retailers on November 28th.

They might cost 3 dollars to make but I'm paying for the memories. I had these when they originally released in 91 I was in middle school an I watched every game televised during the regular season all the playoff games through the finals those were good times that's the reason I'll pay those prices plus I got the money an just don't need the hassle Size:

Wasn't my point. Didn't say I wasn't getting these, I said once jays hit 220 retail I'm done with them. I'll cop maybe 2-3 a year, and not due to the fact I can't afford but because I don't think the shoes are worth that. They be resold at like 375 easy and if a limited release like 450-500. I'm good on that

Brianjumpman23

It's lame that there closer to the OGs than any other retro. Put this 2014 pair next to a pair of originals an u see almost identical I did that with my 2014 white infrareds an my OG infrareds an again almost identical so how's that lame jerk off. U don't know what the fuck u talking about

slizick21

@kshaun12 yeah the demand will be quite high for these. Ill be happy to cop just 1 pair. Where I'm from, they also do the raffle thing my girl and I will make sure to get as much raffles I possibly can :)

pippowz

kshaun12
kshaun12

@pippowz dont think they will be more limited, just think more ppl are going to be after them ... and the price tag is different from them others ones too, 185 instead of 170

kshaun12
kshaun12

Nah, confirmed 185, when the fuck it become 200? 200 after taxes maybe

They're going to be doing the raffle thing and I'll make sure that I get a crap load. If not, I normally luck out at an undiclosed close at an undisclosed location out here in southern Cali ;)

Good luck to those who are going to get them In store and or online. I'll be joining you guys in the struggle.

Brianjumpman23

How come everybody on these types of sites r always bitchen about the struggle to get all these hyped air Jordan's when u can get them any time u want as many pairs as u want once they release on sites like flight club New York or kixclusive.com u just have to pay more but so what it's all about shoes! Love all my air Jordan's I've got um all!!!!!!!

Luke77
Luke77

I'm not planing on spending 300 or maybe more on a recent release. If you have the money to spend on them for a ridiculous price, go right ahead. As for me, I'll try to get them for retail and IF I'm lucky another pair for the price the flighclub will most likely have them for. I'm only speaking for myself of course.

kshaun12
kshaun12

@Brianjumpman23 you sound dumb as hell. ppl complain becuz these shoes aint worth that much, nike paying 3 dollars to have these things made and we gotta pay 200 retail. i paid 212 for the ferraris on saturday, but it was cool. quality on them was def nice, way better than the thunder 14s, ima actually sell the thunder 14s just because of that.

when jays hit 220 for retail tho, im out the game, yeah i can afford it, but i dont wanna pay that for retail, its not happening or ill be on some 2-3 jays a year type shyt

curtdiggler1
curtdiggler1

At first i thought Sneaker news and sole collector cannot possibly do a story on these shoes every other day but I was wrong....they hype j's so much it's sickening

greghall024
greghall024

if you can't respect that your whole perspective is whack. man i feel bad for the millions of people that are gonna miss thanksgiving meals for these smh

greghall024
greghall024

maybe not millions......... but maybe

Mycoholic

@greghall024 I'm gonna try for these Online. Like 95% of the other J's Ive landed this year (Got super lucky strolling into Nike Dallas for Black Lab 3's when they launched) If I get em. I get em. If I dont, more money spend on my Mom and Granma for the holidays.

"C.E.O."
"C.E.O."

Man, hyping the F*** out of 'em like every pair of J's SMFH. People probably gonna camp out a few days for 'em SMFH.
