Atmos And Asics For The Plainest Collab In History 01 620x413

We’re all for the forever changing and trendy landscape that is sneaker collaborative efforts, but can this all white take on the Asics Gel Lyte III at the hands of atmos even be considered a collaboration? Gone is the inventive story-centric color palette for a stock all white everything in commemoration for the Japanese shop’s 25th anniversary. The Gel Lyte III does ditch the stock materials here though, as a premium touch of micro perforated leather even wraps itself inside the shoe’s lining. Metallic Silver stands out on the atmos heel callout and insole. Known as the “Birthday Dinner”, the minimalist take showcases two Japanese imprints taking the simplest approach imaginable, in a climate when shops are prone to fall into the trap of over-thinking on their teaming up with brands. But is it enough to get you to grab a pair? Available at overseas spots on July 25th, we’ll keep you updated when this collab drops stateside.
