By now you should know the rapport Nike has with the Seattle Seahawks. The close proximity Nike’s Beaverton campus has with the only Pacific Northwest football franchise led to the Swoosh redesigning Seattle’s uniforms in a way to make them the NFL’s Oregon Ducks. Bright doses of electric green paired with obsidian and grey created one of the most visually memorable uniform sets in the NFL today – and having a good team didn’t hurt merchandise sales either. The latest Nike Air Max 90 colorway utilizes a look tailor-made for young ‘Hawks fans as a combination of Cool Grey, Voltage Green, and Midnight Navy come together to exude a certain 12th man appearance. The only shade that doesn’t necessarily match is that teal branding on the tongue, but even that looks oceanic in nature. What do you think of the look?
