Was It The adidas Vino Pack That Kobe Bryant Infamously Threw In The Trash?

Adidas Kobe 1 Cork Vino Release 5

On the night of Kobe Bryant’s 60-point final bow, the story of Nick Young’s feeble attempt to get Kobe to sign his adidas shoes went viral. The story goes like this: Kobe, who was signing autographs for his teammates, was approached by Swaggy P and some adidas shoes. Kobe then threw the shoes in the trash and told him to get some Nikes if he wanted an autograph. Poor Nick Young took a Swaggy L at the hands of the Mamba. Although it was never revealed what adidas shoes were thrown out, we can assume it was one of his old signature shoes with adidas, and perhaps one of the four from the “Vino” Pack, that Nick Young posted on Instagram the day of Kobe’s finale. There are for options to choose from, all of which use a rich burgundy red upper and an outdated cork materials. Two are available now at Oneness.
