To help launch the Epic TR, the new casual version of the classic Epic soccer boot, New Balance has called a select group of sneaker shops to present their own premium takes on the football-inspired silhouette. Among the four top European boutiques to get their hands on the Epic TR are 24Kilates, Sneakersnstuff, Firmament, and hanon. Scotland’s hanon leads off the Epic TR collab collection with the colorway you see here. Since it’s a football silhouette to begin with, hanon opted to use the sport for inspiration, presenting the sneaker with “a quintessential terrace feel to it, something that you would find at any football ground throughout the country.” The Epic TR “Terrace” by hanon features a premium Made in England quality pigskin suede upper with tobacco brown and tan paneling offset with bright blue at the heel and white accents. The hanon x New Balance Epic TR releases on Saturday, June 11th in-store and online.
