A clean lowtop colorway of the Air Jordan XIII, Jordan Brand definitely did the low-cut XIII’s justice this time around.  On the black mesh uppers is a reflective rhinestone-like material which gives some subtle flashiness to the sneaker.  The white outsole with the yellow lining is a great touch.  Pics via Kixclusive
