With their third Nike SB collaboration sneaker, Japanese toy company Medicom decided to keep it simple this time around, yet still flashy. They went with a plain silver sneaker, although they added a nice touch with a reflective 3M upper. As all of their previous sneakers were, this version was available in very limited quantities on thier website.
