Nike A’One
The Nike A’One is the debut signature basketball model for WNBA star A’ja Wilson of the Las Vegas aces. The A’ja Wilson Shoes are inspired by a pearl, with protective layers echoing outwards from a pearlized Swoosh logo. More hidden elements include a special quote on the outsole that reads “As a matter of fact, the best is yet to come,” a message from her grandmother taken from A’ja’s published book Dear Black Girls. A’ja’s signature logo appears on the tongue, complemented by script text over the heel.
While tailored specifically to Wilson’s play style, the Nike A’One is touted in adult unisex and grade school sizing. The model debuts in a “Pink Aura” colorway on May 6th (SNKRS) and May 8th (wider release), followed by more styles throughout the year.
