It’s always interesting to imagine what would have happened had Steph Curry remained at Nike. Would he still have garnered a signature sneaker from the brandn as he’s developed into one of the most exciting players in the NBA? Or would the preoccupation with Nike guys like KD, LeBron, and Kobe still get in the way? Regardless, Steph is finally getting a shoe with his name on it this season in the Under Armour UA Curry 1. There isn’t too much known about the shoe – like whether the Micro G or Spine technology will remain intact or if UA is championing a new advancement, but with plenty of perforations throughout, a mesh tongue, and an interesting texture on the side panel, we’re looking forward for more to come in the future.
