Nike is going to celebrate the NBA off-season in a unique way this year with the release of the “Gone Fishing” Nike Air Foamposite One. It isn’t necessarily something to celebrate – teams packing their bags early after failing to win a championship, but this Foamposite pokes fun at the added days of vacation with a unique iridescent fish scale base that shines thanks to a Dark Emerald hue. Today we get our best look at the release to date, as the Penny Hardaway logo remains on the tongue, but the heel sees a new white fish bone logo to match the scale motif throughout. Rumor has this pair releasing in mid to late June as soon as the NBA Finals wrap up. Check out a better view below and let us know if you’re thinking about grabbing this Gone Fishing Foamposite once they release later this summer.
