Nike Sportswear has opted to drop the top on the iconic early ’90s basketball model, which will debut in the mid-top’s original white, purple, royal, and black colorway. The Flight Huarache also gets another modification: a clear outsole below to accentuate the modern re-imagining of the shoe made famous by Michigan’s Fab Five. Would Chris Webber, Jalen Rose, and company have worn this low-top Huarache if it was available back in 1992? Who knows, but if you like what you see, you’ll be able to rock them in early 2016.
