Air Jordan 1 Mid

The Air Jordan 1 Mid is hands-down one of the Jumpman’s most divisive models. While it’s simply a 3/4 cut version of the more beloved Air Jordan 1 High, the silhouette is still commonly looked down upon.

But while it may not garner as much love from sneakerheads, the AJ1 Mid is still well-praised for its wide accessibility. Both in its lower $115 USD price point and higher stock, the silhouette can be commonly enjoyed by a broader audience, and its diverse color variety reflects that quite clearly.

In the past few years, the silhouette has also slowly shed much of its stigma thanks to a number of regional exclusives and collaborations. For instance, back in October of 2019, the Jumpman introduced the “FEARLESS ONES,” a collection that enlisted the help of labels like FACETASM, Melody Ehsani, and many others to turn the Air Jordan 1 Mid into something as covetable as its taller counterpart’s own offerings.

For 2021, the silhouette will continue to grow in breadth. Just recently, it was seen in a clean “Dutch Green” colorway, one sure to spearhead an extensive roster of delectable releases.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid typically retails for $115 USD. However, special editions and collaborations will charge a small premium.
