Five years ago a 15-year-old LaMelo Ball cemented his superstar following and otherworldly scoring abilities by dropping an overwhelming 92 points for Chino Hills High School. With his third signature silhouette with PUMA releasing later this Fall, the PUMA MB.03’s latest colorway pays tribute to the youngest Ball brother’s historic night and wild style of play.
Inspired by the bobcats and coyotes that roam the mountain range of his hometown, the PUMA MB.03 “Hills” distances itself from future compositions with repeated claw marks ripping away the neutral knit upper to reveal vibrant streaks of neon mesh. Aside from the warped grey mudguard, the entirety of the upper assumes a tonal tan composition while the titular yellow hue returns to outfit the trio of tongue’s logos; the 1-of-1 emblem, winged signature insignia and 92-point motif. The latter greyscale aesthetic takes hold over the entirety of the sole unit underfoot as the topographical heel counter boasts further LaMelo branding opportunities.
Enjoy a first look at the PUMA MB.03 “Hills” below while we await the model’s official release on November 17th.
In other basketball footwear news, the LeBron 21 is dropping soon in the “Aurora Borealis” colorway.
