The internet offers all kinds of unique ways to gain publicity, from viral videos to home movies. But how about emailing a leading fashion site and bragging about having juxt ’em? “I have stolen from your site” he started with a brash subject, “In fact, I have stolen multiple times . . . ” Our fam over at FRESHNESS have cataloged the worldwide streetwear game for years, but it’s not like they keep credit card info on commentors or anything, so what was Ruby Quince up to? Just a bit of good new fashioned sampling, that’s all — what was ‘stolen’ was just a series of about two thousand pics of Nike kicks that were set to the beat of this curious video. We’ve heard of kicks on the one, seven and eleven, but Shox on the five and thirteen?! Most hot clubs don’t even allow sneakers, so have a look at this video and let us know, is this another piece of sneaker-inspired art or just petty theft?
