Coming in contrast theme-wise to the futuristic appeal of the All-Star trio of quickstrikes is a group that takes it back to simpler times, picking up a two toned designed that is distinctly ‘Be True To Your School’ like. We saw a similar set up unfold earlier in the year, albeit with a black background to go with the color pop to put it off the mark from ‘BTTYS’ just a little bit. These do it right, with the bones blocking leaning a bit on the textural upgrade found in the leather, a pebbled look that has popped up again and again on Nike’s retro offerings. In a year that has been pretty quiet for the Dunk, classic looks like this should do a good job of rekindling the fire.
