A few upstart skateboard sneaker brands have given running (-inspired casual) sneakers a go, including most recently Supra’s success with the Owen. That design owes much to Nike Running and its LunarLon models, and now we see another skate-centric label play with Swoosh design conventions. The HUF HR-1 Runner is a reminder of Keith Hufnagel‘s longstanding relationship with DVS, but features a heel cushion that’s somewhere between Nike Air Max 1 and 90.
