Perpetually found on the Slip-On, the iconic checkerboard motif has been no stranger to many other Vans silhouettes throughout the years. Among the most common models with appearances of the bold pattern: the Era. And that’s the model we see here today, presented in premium ‘OG’ specs (with a slightly thicker midsole and leather padding around the collar and on the sockliner) and decked out in fully checkered canvas uppers in blue and yellow colorways. The Vans Era OG LX “Checkerboard” pack is arriving now at finer Vans retailers globally.
