Multi-platinum Pittsburgh-based rapper Wiz Khalifa recently made an appearance as Stadium Goods to catch up with Complex and Joe La Puma to film the latest episode of Sneaker Shopping. Throughout the episode, Wiz discusses his love for Chucks, skating in Jordans as a kid, and the sneakers he chooses to buy for his son, Bash. When the 420-friendly rapper was a kid back to school shopping, his mom gave him $80 for shoes to pick out. When he found out that Air Force 1s were $80 and Chuck Taylors were $40, he did the only reasonable thing and went for two pairs of Chucks, starting his love for the iconic brand. For his son Bash, whenever Wiz heads to the store to pick up a pair for himself, he always makes sure his kid is laced up as well, usually with a pair of Nikes or whatever is popular with his friends in school at the time. For all that and to see what Khalifa spent over $2,100 on, be sure to check out the latest episode of Sneaker Shopping below.
