With 2020 coming to a close, Nike is ever-closer to their Move To Zero deadline. In response, the brand has increased their use of recycled materials, placing them atop not only the Blazer Mid and Air Max 95 but also the much newer Zoom Type.
Unlike the aforementioned, this WMNS Zoom Type seems far less forced in design. Rather than placed solely along the accents, the reused wools are the centerpiece, wrapping the upper in near entirety. Alongside the usual perforations and bright white stitch, the materials dyes with a subtle gradient, transitioning from a greyed blue to a faded black like that of the tongue and overlaid Swoosh. Elsewhere, robust white panels finish the eye stays and a soft Light Bone coats the tooling.
Grab a detailed look at these here and expect a Nike.com release to arrive within the coming months.
In other news, the Titan Air Jordan 23 was just revealed via official images.
