How many ways can the Blazer color its side Swoosh? Nike has yet to find out; only days after images of a new Blazer Mid with “Oxford Pink” accents had surfaced, another pink option has been unveiled.
The Swoosh and printed branding on the heel are colored in “Sunset Pulse”, which is a brighter, bubblegum-esque shade, compared to the previous release. Meanwhile, suede overlays on the toe and the forefoot see a neutral gray. These elements are atop smooth white leather uppers that have also covered many other offerings. A yellow exposed foam tongue is used for a slightly aged look appropriate for its ’70s roots. The model is finished with a rubber herringbone-patterned outsole that stays true to its heritage design.
The pair is available now in Nike Asia. North American fans of the Swoosh will be able to grab a pair at the retailers listed when it drops in the near future for $100.
