The Nike x SBTG ‘Year of the Tiger’ pack of custom Dunks and Air Force 1s was tightly wrapped in its theme, featuring Flying Tiger graphics borrowed from that group of American soldiers who joined the Chinese Air Force to triple their salaries in late 1941. This new custom from the RoyaleFam crew might not be as ironic in that sense, but the military pilot inspiration is just as well-defined. The SBTG Premiums x Nike Dunk High ‘Memphis Belle’ features SBTG’s signature ‘sawtooth’ toe detailing and everything from there back draws on imagery from the WWII-era B-17 Flying Fortress. These might very well be the best of SBTG’s recent work, and they’re available now from RoyaleFam. via FRESHNESS
