Thought enough Air Jordan IIs came out in 2010? Had your fair share of Air Jordan VIs? Got any more closet space for another Bred AJ1? Get ready to make some more room in your Jordan appetite because more releases may be on their way. Here’s a look at some Air Jordan samples; first, we’ll start off with the Black/Red Air Jordan 1 – we’ve seen it plenty in recent years (i.e. the 60+ Pack as well as the ankle-strapped joints). But this pair is a tribute to the rebellious nature of the original Air Jordan 1; dubbed the Air Jordan 1 ‘Banned’, this colorway features the classic Bulls’ black-and-red but with a neat “X” applied over the Jumpman logo on the heel and tongue and the Wings on the ankle strap. Just yesterday Sneaker News compiled a nice Air Jordan Commercials feature, and the first one we showed just so happened to be the AJ1 Banned advertisement.
Next up is another pair of the Air Jordan VI, featuring a white upper (peep the contrasting smooth and pebbled leather) and a blue midsole – a throwback to the OG September Blue colorway. The midsole features a dark grey rather than white, and the inner lining is grey opposed to the original black. A few other changes lie within this AJ6 sample as well, like the red-bottomed sole. However, these are just a sample version of the Air Jordan VI Pistons, but considering the Pistons VI has been enduring markdown after markdown on shelves, these samples might’ve been a better move. A few more treats come in a candy-yellow pair of the Air Jordan Accolades, as well as a highlighter-green pair of the Air Jordan 1 Phat Low, two vibrant colorways similar to two-thirds of the upcoming Air Jordan II Candy Pack.
Last, but not least, we have a black version of the Air Jordan II, featuring a nubuck upper, a shiny pebbled mudguard (possibly patent leather), and a black midsole – a colorway very much similar to the Air Jordan II Black/Chrome Retro of 2004. These are rumored to release within the next two months, but we’ll have to wait to see if any of the others will make their way to retail. So what do you think of these samples? it makes you wonder how the crappy pistons, oreoss, and lakers got released but these 6's didnt, and they look much better.
As for the 1's. theyre alright but not much of a difference than paying a cheaper price for the chicago bulls 1's

i wonder what JB thought process is at times. Who makes decisions as to what shoes should be put out. Why would any1 think the mess that is the pistons 6 would be better than those. sometimes less is more

I think they need to stop taking all these originally release jordans and putting stupid things on them just to change a sub title to make them sell. Its tearing up the "Jordan" shoe game and thats why there products are being said as crap. Jordan Brand needs to create there own idea and not hand the shoe to a little kid to but a fat X over the logo. I dont agree with alot of the shoes there re releasing and coming out with especially the 1s. The shoes being torn up left and right every month because of some weird colorway release. They need to stick to the real deal meaning high quality materials on every shoe not just on a bin 23 release that goes for 300+ nice shoes and all but in all the reason there costing that price is that there real high quality materials when thats how all the shoes need to be made. I would take a pair of originals any day and be proud to have the shoe because it means something rather then having a shoe with low rise materials and a big X thats just offensive to Jordan Brand. What does Michael Jordan think about all these release's? Or does he even have a say?

do u even have an idea as to why there would be an X over the jordan brand? its cause of when he first wore them and they werent allowed on the court. get ur knowledge up and maybe some of this would make sense to u.
besides that tho ur kinda right, some of the shoes they release are questionable, and seem like the only reason they released was to try and squeeze more money outta people and arent even good quality. but who on this site hasnt heard that or know it themself already? lol
