Emmanuelabor‘s calling card in the sneaker game has been one of diversity and creativity, creating some dope customs like the ‘Craig Ehlo’ Air Jordan IV and the funky Air Force 1 Low ‘Foamposite’. He’s one of the few sneaker customizers that took on the Zoom Kobe VI, a shoe that is understandably tough to work with because of the unique ‘snakeskin’ TPU upper shell. If you remember his last Kobe VI custom (the ‘Smog’ Kobe VI), you’d understand that his attention to detail is certainly admirable as he takes a meticulous approach to the hundreds of TPU ‘scales’ on the Kobe VI, but his latest work is downright insanity. Here’s a look at the Nike Zoom Kobe VI ‘Venice Beach’; Emmanuelabor used the Kobe VI ‘Glass Blue’ as a base and created a sandy beach upper using actual sand from Venice Beach. He also painted the base a beige color to match with the glass blue midsole for that beach shoreline motif. Check out the additional images of the Kobe VI ‘Venice Beach’ as well as a video and let us know what you think.
