Foamposite mania will take a minor turn in the road as we Nike Sportswear pauses the One/Pro releases and re-introduces the Nike Total Foamposite Max on the final day of the Fall 2011 season. The Nike Air Total Foamposite Max was one of Tim Duncan’s signature shoes back when Nike employed up-and-coming superstar big-men Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett, and by the time the shoe was retroed in 2005, Duncan had already parted ways with the Swoosh and joined the three-stripes campaign. The Total Foamposite Max should give you Foam-heads your fix for the rest of the year, as no other Foamposite One/Pro releases are scheduled to drop (unless NSW wants to hit us with another QS release a la the Black/Lime House of Hoops release from earlier this year). MrRSports in Miami has these available just a few days before the official release date, so hit ‘em up for a pair, or snag one now on eBay.

I already have these, I got them on saturday. I think the price should have been $200. Nike is taking advantage of sneakerheads courtesy of the hypebeast. I admit i'm sort of a hypebeast and advit foamhead. I can't wait for the Red ones, Obsidian ones, and the electrolime ones to launch. But what is the price going to be? $225 as well. SMH But I still want all three. Lol

employee discount is good but you prob don't make but minimum wage working at a shoe store so your paycheck is still gonna be smallllllllll - just saying it like it is - but glad your getting them!
D-money, I make a bit more than minimum wage, but employee discount is just a perk. I work in the medical field...part-time employee discount is what it's all about sir. Those working full-time and are sneakerheads, honestly don't know how they do it, other than being picky with the next pick-up. My problem is buying heat and letting them marinate until I slip into rotation! hahahaha
Patience is a virtue as they say. These will come down in price aint that many pressed folks out there that's gonna pay $225 but they also say there's a sucker born everday also.

I like these....but not for $225...
Seen 3-4 dudes with these on in the past week , they nice and clean but the price is pretty steep .. $250 (after taxes) I'll just say my money and get some with wild . Concord 2x *wink wink*
225 still makes me laugh. i will for sure be able to snag these for significantly lower than retail. patience

Wow, they did a better job on the retros than i thought. I probably still wont be able to get them though, just because of the price tag. But if it was at least $30-$40 cheaper, then it's on.

These are going to sit on shelves and hit the retail outlets... Plus, Sneakerhead.com charges an arm and a leg for shipping. Just go to your local shoe store and pick them up if you want them that bad.
