How could the retro release of the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’ possibly get better? Well, how about encasing it in an incredible black wooden collector’s case complete with a large gold Jumpman etched into the boxtop? That’s exactly what arrived today, bringing some early holiday delight along with it. Inside the blacked-out box, a numbered seal indicates “1 of 23″, with a gold MJ thumb print to really make things official. The box’s first layer features a framed varsity-style Jumpman hoodie, lifting up to reveal the main event within – a crispy pair of 2011 Concords with the added bonus of a gold Jumpman-embroidered black towel, perfect for wiping down the patent leather once the shoes go into rotation. Unfortunately, this limited edition Holiday 2011 Pack will not be available for retail, but you can at least get a good look after the jump. Keep an eye out for your own pair of Air Jordan XI Concords this Friday, December 23rd when these undisputed classics make their long-awaited return to store shelves. Much thanks to the Jordan Brand family for dropping this down the chimney.

jordans were always slightly overpriced (with og and earlier retro quality it was okay) but now they are moderately overpriced (with shotty quality) and im FREAKING out bcuz i LOVE jordans and if it gets severely overpriced i will stop copping you know. i mean $180 is gettin up dere and what sets 11's higher than other retros.... a fuckin box thats cumbersome and a thin ass patent leather strip! xmas shopping pinched my money and getting these will be a longshot

They do this because they want to make up for all the fake b-grades that have come out. These bitches think they're gonna be shitty quality, JB is trying to show that there is a difference between the b-grade concords that have been out and these concords... I might buy these, they are a fairly nice shoe.

I got them last week and they are sick as hell, quality is standard JB quality for the past 3 years.
