In 2009, Jordan Brand celebrated the milestone 23rd year of the Air Jordan by displaying a sick ‘History Of Flight’ collection of Air Jordans at select Niketown locations. The display featured the entire Air Jordan legacy in sublime White/Red colorways represented the Chicago Bulls’ ‘Home’ colors of White and Red. Profuse drooling ensued upon immediate viewing, followed by tears of displeasure as a release was to never occur (although Jordan Brand did release a slew of tonal-white 25th Anniversary colorways thereafter). Since then, the History Of Flight collection has become a museum exhibit, available for viewership at select Nike retailers (and this sick wallpaper that should’ve had you clenching your heart from over-stimulation, but for those who go hard in collection unreleased Air Jordan PEs and sample, the Air Jordan XIV in the promo sample size 9 just became available from seller btn_16 on eBay.
