So while Nike dominates the Olympic stage on a team that shows why that Dream Team argument is actually so compelling, Three Stripes looks forward to the next roundball season with its flagship model in a couple of classic college colorways. The adidas adiZero Crazy Light 2 might never make it onto the court at Iowa or North Carolina, but the suggestion that the battle for hardwood supremacy is far from over is reassuring after a shaky 2011-12.
