Jordan Melo M9 – Dissected
March 9th, 2013 by John K. | 11 comments

Justin Taylor of Jordan Brand designed the Jordan Melo M9 with high-end watches in mind, taking inspiration from exposed inner machinery of the timepieces and creating the ‘M’ Flywire panels on the upper of the shoe. With the construction of the lockdown fit taking one more of that unshrouded approach, we’re already given a good look at the inner bootie of the Melo M9, but for some, that wasn’t enough; the folks notorious for dissecting sneakers put the Melo M9 under the microscope, taking apart the intricate upper to reveal the layered design and the unique Zoom bag on the heel and forefoot. Want to know just why the Melo M9 is one of the most comfortable kicks out here? Take a look below.
