Sneaker News’ Celebrity Feet feature brings you regular updates on the heat your favorite entertainers and athletes are rocking, and by now, a few of the names have repeated themselves enough times that there’s a clear sense of who’s at the top of the list. But if you had to sit down and write out your view of who the 25 biggest celebrity sneakerheads might be, how would you calculate the results? Complex seems to have done theirs with a combination of senority, sneaker closet depth and contributions to the culture. You already know guys like Chi McBride, Wale and DJ Clark Kent are going to be on the list; the only question is, who’s number one? Get ready for an ‘encore’ for the Air Jordan IV in 2012, because if 2011′s releases of the Air Jordan III is any indication of what’s planned, it’ll be OG heaven. The White/Cement IV and Military Blue joints are already confirmed (and the Bred IVs could possibly be a Black Friday 2012 release), so what Retro+ or Lifestyle colorways are there in store? An Air Jordan IV ‘Year of the Dragon’? Just reciting that phrase should send chills down your spine. Let’s take a look back at one of the sickest Air Jordans of all-time – the Eminem x Air Jordan IV; just fifty pairs exist and are in the hands of Eminem’s closest individuals as well as the utmost of sneaker collectors (even Jordan Geller has a pair displayed in his ShoeZeum). We can thank Slim Shady’s relationship with Nike for this astounding sneaker, but let’s cross our fingers for a similar release in 2012 (the Knicks Spizikes came pretty close). If you’re on that collector’s tip with disposable money, cop this size 14 pair right now from lilshk54321 on eBay.

Eminem has had a long-standing relationship with Nike and Jordan Brand, resulting in some sick super-limited releases that are some of the most sought-after sneakers of our generation. Eminem’s got a thing for wearing Air Max shoes, as those are his sneaker of choice when he performs live; some of the Eminem x Nike Air Max collaborations we’ve seen included the Air Max 1, Air Max 97, and Air Max 360, although we’ve spotted him in the Air Max LTD/Wright quite often as well. Some of his Air Jordan collaborations are prized as well, like the Air Jordan IV and Air Jordan II, which fetch quite a the pretty penny in the sneaker resale market. Check out some of the Eminem x Nike/Air Jordan kicks below and be sure check out the entire video as well.

“We personally feel like my lyrics are more bad, and his lyrics are more evil.”
Today was the release of the Bad Meets Evil x Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star, and Eminem and Royce Da 5’9″, the two who make up the rap duo, sat down to discuss their latest collaborative project and their partnership with Converse and the iconic Chuck Taylor All-Star. Both Em and Royce, who describe the Chuck Taylor as a childhood favorite sneaker, will give away one autographed pair of the Bad Meets Evil x Converse Chuck Taylor, while the rest of these limited drops can be picked up today at the Converse flagship in New York City and Boston. “We can get in two cars and accelerate at each other to see which one’ll swerve first.”
Looks like Converse decided to see what would happen if their iconic flagship silhouette collided with two of hip-hop’s most violent minds, and neither one flinched. The Bad Meets Evil x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star High sees Royce da 5’9″ and Eminem’s collabo reunion lend its branding to the side panels and tongue for a look that’s about as busy as you can get on an all black/white sneaker. The ‘Hell: The Sequel’ EP just hit record stores and Converse will drop the dual-branded Chucks in New York and Boston tomorrow, Friday, June 17th. Click through for a closer look and let us know how these compare to Eminem’s other sneaker designs.

The Eminem x Air Jordan IV is one of the rarest Air Jordans ever produced (and yes, Jordan Geller of the ShoeZeum has a pair). If you can’t have ‘em, make ‘em, like what jwdanklefs did with this Nike Air Max 1 iD. Clearly he had the concept in mind when he chose the colorway, because the royal blue, grey, and black upper is quite similar to the Eminem IV, and adding the Jumpman Flight tongue label really sets these off. A simple iD colorway + a quick and easy add-on = one of the best ‘custom’ Air Max 1s we’ve ever seen – and the hardest part was waiting for the shoes to arrive! Check out another view of this Nike Air Max 1 iD x Air Jordan IV ‘Eminem’ custom below and let us know what you think.

Jay-Z and Eminem headlined a historic concert at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx last night. The two rappers who announced their “Home and Home” concert series a few months ago played two shows earlier at Comerica Park in Detroit and last night marked the first concert at Yankee Stadium, a second one will be held tonight. Last night however both artists pulled out all the stops by bringing some of the music industry’s biggest names. Eminem brought out Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, G-Unit, B.o.B., and D-12 while Jay-Z brought out Kanye West, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Chris Martin of Coldplay, and his wife, Beyonce. The two rappers sneaker game may not have been as worthy of talking about as the artists they brought on stage, Em rocked a pair of Nike Air Max’s while Jay-Z looked to have possibly been wearing a pair of his favorite concert sneakers from Radii. Kanye looks to have flown in straight from his performance at the 2010 MTV Music Video Awards and wore the same all Red Louis Vuitton Don’s that he did the night before. Drizzy Drake however came out on stage wearing a pair of the Air Jordan IX Retro’s in Black and Dark Charcoal. Chris Martin from Coldplay performed “Lost +” with Jay-Z on stage in a pair of adidas Originals Superstar’s. Check out more pictures from the show after the jump…

Marshall Mathers is better known as Eminem, the lyricist that took mainstream hip-hop by storm in the late 90′s and established himself as one of the greatest MCs of all time. He’s also recognized for his affinity for Air Jordans and Nikes, as he’s been seen in Air Maxes and other Jordan heat on album covers, photoshoots, and live performances. He’s also one of the few celebrity sneakerheads that has an ongoing collection of personal Nike colorways, like the Slim Shady x Nike Air Burst or the Eminem Air Jordan II. Every day is a footwear moment for Eminem, from the True Blue Air Jordan III he wore for an album promo poster or the many Air Max runners he wears on stage and the streets. Check out Eminem and his kicks after the jump and check out the entire featureover at Complex.
