miaskateshop nike sb dunk low release date 1 MIA Skateshop x Nike SB Dunk Low – Release Info

The MIA Skateshop x Nike SB Dunk Low release will be available as soon as June 21st. There’s a catch though-that date will be a little bit of an early one, limited to a special pop up in Miami that the spot has planned for Go Skateboarding Day. That limited release will be a package deal, including the likes of tote bag, koozi, bottle opener keychain, and accompanying beach towel. There’s no word yet on when the tropical Dunk design will be hitting other retailers, but keep in mind that the common trend here has been a one week wait before a wider release. See the latest look at them after the jump and tell us if you’re gunning for the MIA Skateshop x Nike SB Dunk Low.

Is it possible that Nike SB has a couple of upcoming Dunks that pay tribute to your favorite Mike Judge cartoon? It kinda looks like it, as rumors are swirling regarding the Nike SB Dunk Low and Nike SB Dunk Mid pairs shown here and a possible Beavis and Butthead connection. Take a look at both models and you’ll see the similarities-both shoes seem to stick to the shirts of the title characters. Granted the releases wouldn’t likely feature any actual character details given the legal issues Nike SB has ran into in the past for borrowing likenesses. Stay tuned for more on the possible Nike SB Dunk “Beavis and Butthead” pack and give us your thoughts in the comments.

Red suede toe, yellow Swoosh, black sections across the upper…have we seen this Nike SB Dunk Low before? The “Black History Mon” from earlier this year definitely has quite a bit in common with the shoe shown, so we don’t blame you if you had to do a double take when these first popped up in your vision. The pair here differentiates itself by leaving out the green and using quite a bit more suede all around. Continue reading for more on this upcoming Nike SB Dunk Low style and check in with Sneaker News for release info on the red-toed joints as soon as it pops up.

Nike SB Dunk Low “Red Firecracker”

‘Caution, Flammable’ and ‘Warning, Explosive’ should both be heeded, but their precise meanings are also fairly different.  Perhaps this is a sign that like last year’s Levi’s collaborations, the ‘Red Firecracker’ Nike SB Dunk Low could be the more limited counterpart to the established black ‘Firecracker’.  With the Levi’s Dunks, the indigo Hyperstrike climbed to a higher resale value than the slightly more widely available black Quickstrike.  Whatever the numbers for these fireworks-themed pairs, the relative intensity of the embroidered message most certainly resonates with the burst of energy in its red suede upper.  Stick with Sneaker News for release info and let us know which of the Firecracker SB Dunks you like better.

Pair a black upper with metallic Swoosh on the Nike SB Dunk Low, and you’re going to hear comparisons to Takashi Hosokawa’s mid-2000s duology. This newest Dunk Low SB revelation also has some commonalities with the standby ‘Griptape’ Mid colorway, which is to say, they’re crafted with timeless skate aesthetics in mind and find themselves in good company.
