While the public outrage is likely to be substantially smaller than the outcry for fat tongues, the Nike SB Dunk Mid shedding its strap is sure to frustrate some fans.  They’d argue that the strap is integral to the Mid’s identity, and would probably be quick to cop these joints if they ever hit retail.  The Nike SB Dunk Mid Pro pictured above has a vague resemblance to a Considered Design Mid from this spring thanks to a mix of olive-ish green, red and black, but a totally different colorblocking scheme and faux-croc Swooshes give these their own identity.  Possibly one of the very last strapped SB Dunk Mids, you can grab a sample pair in US men’s size 9 from dashsports on eBay.
