“Saucony gave me a chance to do this collabo and I’m really happy about how it turned out.”

That’s how Phillip from 8 Amsterdam describes his boutique’s just released collaboration with Saucony.  The 8 x Saucony Shadow 6000 is done in a mix of denim, suede and mesh because Phillip wanted its design to be ‘functional’ while matching his home city’s Chicago-style palette.  Dutch buildings are ‘hand-‘ drawn on the package that also features the same bold ‘INVICTUS’ script on this pair’s tongue, an homage to the designer’s signature tattoo.  The aggressive final product is quite a bit different than what we’ve seen from the Boston brand’s Elite collection, so how do they rank in your mind?  Click through to see more images, let us know if you got a pair this weekend and stick with Sneaker News for the latest.
